Kelly Stukus currently serves as the Director of Teaching and Learning, partnering with school districts across Northeast Ohio to strengthen instructional systems and improve student outcomes. The Teaching and Learning Department focuses on supporting district leaders and educator teams as they navigate curriculum implementation, instructional coherence, and system-level improvement.
Kelly brings experience in district leadership, instructional coaching, and professional learning design. Her background includes leading initiatives, supporting cross-district networks, and aligning teaching and learning practices to evidence-based frameworks, state priorities, and district goals. This experience allows her to help districts move from vision to action with clarity and confidence.
