Amren partners with district and school leaders in the Mayfield, Orange, Streetsboro, Twinsburg, and Westlake school districts to strengthen instructional systems, build leadership capacity, and improve coherence across initiatives. Her work includes coaching PK–12 administrators, aligning systems and structures to district priorities, strengthening PLCs, supporting literacy teams in sustaining new programs, and leading the implementation of standards-based grading. She also co-leads two six-session leadership series focused on developing the instructional leadership capacity of aspiring leaders and current assistant principals.

With 21 years of experience as a classroom teacher, building administrator, and education consultant, Amren brings a systems-level perspective grounded in practical experience. Her background enables her to bridge vision and implementation, helping districts move from initiative overload to focused, sustainable improvement. She remains committed to staying current with evidence-based research and best practices to deliver personalized, high-quality support tailored to each district’s needs.
