This workshop presents an overview of Dr. Rappaport’s comprehensive school safety assessment approach for students whose behavior raises concern about their potential for violence.
Dr. Rappaport’s comprehensive model draws from her research and clinical work as a child psychiatrist consulting to schools and aims to prevent school violence while getting students and families the services they need. Participants will then work together on case studies based on real student safety assessments.
