The Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio provides cost-effective, high-quality programs and services that benefit students in both client and non-client districts across and beyond Cuyahoga County.
As part of its offerings, the ESC serves as the fiscal, payroll, and benefits agent for school personnel employed by districts within and outside of Cuyahoga County.
