About Us
Established in 2013, Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS) provides school districts in Ohio with quality substitute teachers. We are a collaboration of the Educational Service Centers of Lorain County, Medina County, and Northeast Ohio, as well as a partner of the ESC of East Central Ohio and an affiliate partner of the ESC of East Central Ohio ESC of Columbiana County.

- State Teachers Retirement System (STRS) Management Services
- Payroll Services and Risk Management

To place substitute teachers in classrooms who provide consistent delivery of quality instruction in a safe and productive learning environment during the absence of a regular classroom teacher.
